Our Team

Experienced Legal professionals who work together as a team from our Cannock and Stafford offices.  Our staff are our “family” and work for you, our clients.

The firm is headed by our Managing Director Chris Clark who is well-known by the people of Staffordshire and beyond for his expertise in Criminal Defence and Conveyancing.  Chris qualified as a Solicitor in 1979 and obtained Higher Rights of Audience in 2006.

Margaret Clark is Chris’ wife and Company Secretary, previously Margaret was the Office Manager for many years. 

Kenneth Calladine Director  is an experienced Conveyancer who joined our “family” in 2018 after working for other local and national companies.  Ken’s motto is “Ken-Can-Do”.  He is passionate about taking away the stress of buying and selling property with his calm, friendly and professional persona.  As Director of our Conveyancing Department Ken will take charge and manage your case through to completion.

Daniel Webb Director is another experienced Conveyancer who has worked at Chris Clark Solicitors for many years (decades) and is well know by the people of Staffordshire and beyond for his expertise in property transactions. Dan has many (happy) repeat clients and works from our Stafford office.

Simon Clark is a Senior Asylum and Immigration Caseworker Supervisor Director accredited by the Law Society in this specialist area of Law.  Simon provides this service through our sister company, Eastgate Chambers.  He was formerly Clerk of the Crown Court department and continues to contribute to cases and to supervise staff.

Our support staff include Beth Ashforth who has been with the firm for nearly 20 years and is our most experienced Legal Secretary and Crown Court Clerk and Susan Worsey, an experienced Legal Secretary.

Looking after our “family” and our client transactions is the job of Rebecca Barnett, our Office and Accounts Manager.
